Birthday Month

January has been the month of birthdays and half birthdays. Yesterday we celebrated Amelia's half birthday. It was an amazing celebration. There were streamers and balloons, party favors, a petting zoo, face painting, and the works. Today we installed new carpet in the house after the indoor pony rides turned out to be a little messy. Actually, we celebrated by lounging around in the house in our pajamas for most of the day. Nothing special. But our baby girl is still growing like a champion. She has tripled her birth weight. At this rate, when she is 16 and ready to date, she will weight 864 pounds. Of course by then she and her daddy will be the biggest contestants on "The Biggest Loser."
