Spring

We made it to Provo this last weekend for graduation. What a crazy, wonderful couple of days we had. We got into town Thursday afternoon, picked up our caps and gowns and attended commencement. Elder Bednar spoke, it was wonderful. For not being totally convinced she wanted to go, Kami really enjoyed commencement and even got a little emotional (but what's new, she's pregnant :). After the ceremony we were able to go to dinner with Kami's family, including her parents who came to town for graduation, to celebrate Grandpa's birthday. Ayden kept us all laughing with his never-ending eating. The kid is too cute! Friday morning brought Jono's convocation. He got to wear his cool master hood, which he was pretty darn excited about. After Jon's convocation, we dashed over to the reception held in the Math Lab for math grads, visited with a few professors and friends, ate a quick bite and Kami ran to the JSB for her convocation. Family members voted, and the College of Nursing convocation was much more interesting. Anyway, we both loved the opportunity to celebrate our completion of degrees and remember the wonderful part of our lives spent on the campus of BYU.
We also inherited a copious amount of baby clothes, etc. Grandpa bought us a bassinett, which Jono promptly assembled as soon as we arrived home. The crib set now completes the crib beautifully and there are piles of clothes everywhere. Kami has a the exciting job of sorting through clothes and organizing by size and season. For those keeping track on the yard front, little progress has been made. We will keep you posted :)
